What does the all-inclusive plan include?
The plan includes:

- Bed and breakfast
- Lunch and dinner with drinks at mealtimes
- Wi-Fi, bicycles and air conditioning
-  Beach service with parasol and two sunbeds at the beach in front of the hotel:
The place on the beach is from the third row (upstream side): it is possible to make an upgrade by agreeing the preferred position directly with the lifeguard.

It does not include the tourist tax of € 2.00 per night for a maximum of 7 nights (children under 14 are exempt).
What drinks are included in the beverage package with meals?
Limitless water, a quart of local wine per person or soft drink.
Is parking included?
Parking is not included but it is possible to choose among:
- Paid parking at the hotel
- Paid attended parking in the Marano area with shuttle bus connection.
What time are the rooms available?
Check-in: it is possible to check in from 2PM. In the case of early arrivals, it is still possible to leave your luggage at reception and go down to enjoy the beach.

Check-out: Check-out is by 10 am. On request, it is possible to extend it to a later time for an additional fee.The luggage storage service remains active and free of charge with no time limit.
What is the difference between comfort rooms and superior rooms?
The size of the two rooms is identical, the difference lies in the fact that the Comfort room is located on the top floor and has a side sea view. On the other hand, the Deluxe room has a glass balcony with a direct sea view
Can I put my own beverages in the minibar?
Of course you can, but the fridge can only hold drinks and not food.
Are you located by the sea?
Of course! There are no busy roads to cross, only the cycle path and pedestrian zone separates us from the sea.
